Description

A comforting, flavorful dinner made with tender beef strips, spiral rotini pasta, and a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce. This easy recipe is perfect for quick dinners, family meals, or date nights.

Ingredients

500g beef strips

340g rotini pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef strips, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned. Remove from skillet.

3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and let it melt. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3–4 minutes. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.

5. Return beef to the skillet, add pasta, and toss until coated in sauce.

6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Slice beef thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.

Add extra cream if reheating to restore sauce consistency.
