Ingredients

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts

0.5 cup buffalo sauce

12 oz rotini pasta

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese

0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons ranch dressing or 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions


Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine chicken with buffalo sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until charred and fully cooked. Set aside.

3. Boil the rotini pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
