Ingredients
400g spaghetti
450g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
100g cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Toss diced beef with Cajun seasoning. In a hot skillet, melt butter and sear beef until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until sauce is smooth and melted.
4. Return the beef and spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the cheesy sauce evenly.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and Cajun spice, if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the best melt and flavor.
Add a splash of cream when reheating to keep it saucy.
Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
