Ingredients
340g rotini pasta
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
