300g boneless chicken thighs or breasts
250g rotini pasta

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions
