Ingredients

450g linguine pasta

2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

200g Velveeta cheese, cubed

150g shredded mozzarella cheese

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.

2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

4. Add heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

5. Stir in Velveeta and mozzarella until completely melted and the sauce is smooth.

6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

7. Fold in half the sliced chicken if desired.

8. Transfer to a serving dish. Top with remaining chicken, parsley, and optional red pepper flakes.

9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure to slice chicken after letting it rest—it keeps it juicy.

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of cream and reduce cheese slightly.

Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor and nutrients.
