Great for anyone looking for a quick dinner or hearty pasta option to satisfy the whole family.

Ingredients

450g linguine pasta

450g ground beef

225g Velveeta cheese

400g crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

3. Add ground beef, break it apart, and cook until browned.

4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15–20 minutes until thickened.

5. Cut Velveeta cheese into cubes and melt in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.

6. Toss cooked linguine with the Velveeta cheese sauce until fully coated.

7. Plate the cheesy pasta and spoon the beef marinara on top.

8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Use low heat when melting Velveeta to prevent it from separating.

Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers for a smooth consistency.

Customize the marinara with mushrooms or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
