Ingredients

450g spaghetti

450g ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

800g crushed tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

450g Velveeta cheese, cubed

Salt and pepper to taste

Milk (optional, for thinning cheese sauce)


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente, drain, and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, and drain excess fat.

4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 15–20 minutes.

5. In a separate saucepan, melt Velveeta over low heat, stirring. Add milk if needed for desired consistency.

6. Toss spaghetti with Velveeta sauce until coated. Serve topped with beef marinara and garnish if desired.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, replace beef with mushrooms or lentils.
