Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups mini marshmallows
Few drops pink food coloring
Few drops blue food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting edges overhang. Lightly grease.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt. Stir until smooth.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract, then gently fold in marshmallows. Let them soften slightly without fully melting.
4. Divide mixture into three bowls. Leave one plain. Color the second with pink food coloring, the third with blue.
5. Spoon mixtures into the prepared pan. Swirl together using a skewer or knife to create a marbled effect.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
7. Remove from pan, slice into squares, and enjoy!
Notes
Use natural food coloring for a dye-free version.
For more chocolate flavor, swirl in some melted milk or dark chocolate.
Chop regular marshmallows if you don’t have mini ones.
