Description

Maple Garlic Chicken Bites with Spicy Cajun Alfredo is a bold and flavorful dish that brings together sweet maple, aromatic garlic, and creamy Cajun Alfredo pasta. Perfect for a quick dinner or weekend comfort meal, this easy recipe hits all the right notes—savory, spicy, and satisfying. It’s a go-to for dinner ideas that impress, a quick dinner you can whip up in under 45 minutes, and a must-try for anyone craving big flavor with minimal fuss.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

3 tablespoons maple syrup

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons butter (divided)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 ½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 oz fettuccine pasta

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, lower the heat. Add 1 tablespoon butter, minced garlic, maple syrup, and soy sauce. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

4. Return chicken to the skillet and toss in glaze until fully coated. Remove from heat.

5. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

6. In a clean pan, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add Cajun seasoning and pour in heavy cream. Simmer 3–4 minutes.

7. Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until smooth.

8. Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.

9. Serve pasta topped with glazed chicken bites. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives if desired.

Notes

For extra heat, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the Cajun Alfredo.

Swap fettuccine for penne or linguine depending on preference.

If the Alfredo sauce thickens too much when reheating, add a splash of milk or cream to loosen.
