1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size cubes
2 cups rotini pasta (dry)
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear in 1 tbsp butter until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
