Whether you’re after a quick dinner, food ideas that impress, or spicy ramen for your next comfort meal, this is one dish you’ll want to make again and again. Great for lovers of easy dinner recipes, Korean flavors, and creative noodle bowls.

Ingredients

2 packs Korean ramen noodles

8 oz beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)

2 tbsp Korean chili paste (Gochujang)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped

2 eggs

3 cups chicken or beef broth

1 tbsp crushed sesame seeds

1 tsp chili flakes

Optional: dried seaweed strips

Instructions

1. Season beef with salt, pepper, and a little soy sauce. Grill or sear until charred and juicy. Let it rest and slice thinly.

2. In a saucepan, sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil. Stir in gochujang and soy sauce until fragrant. Add broth and bring to a simmer.

3. Cook ramen noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4. Soft-boil or poach eggs until the yolk is creamy.

5. Add cooked noodles to a bowl. Pour over the spicy broth.

6. Top with sliced beef, egg, green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes. Add seaweed if using.

7. Serve immediately and stir in the egg for creamy richness.

Notes

Cook the beef first so it can rest while the broth simmers.

You can adjust spice by adding or reducing the gochujang and chili flakes.

Always add the egg just before serving for the best creamy effect.
