Description

Looking for a crowd-pleasing dinner that’s easy to make and packed with flavor? Steak Bites and Cheesy Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce is the ultimate comfort meal — combining tender seared steak cubes with creamy, cheesy rotini coated in a garlicky Parmesan sauce. This dish hits every mark: quick dinner, indulgent weekend treat, or date-night favorite. Whether you’re exploring new dinner ideas, craving an easy recipe, or searching for satisfying food ideas, this one delivers big flavor with minimal fuss.

Ingredients

450g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

225g rotini pasta

240ml heavy cream

3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

100g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak cubes until browned on all sides and cooked to your preference. Remove and set aside.

4. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

6. Add cooked rotini to the sauce and toss to coat. If sauce is too thick, add a bit of pasta water.

7. Plate the creamy rotini, top with steak bites, and garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor and smooth texture.

Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing steak bites — work in batches if needed.

For a richer sauce, stir in a bit more Parmesan or an extra splash of cream.
